Denise had no idea who the owners would choose, and when they did indeed choose Matt, Denise had everything set at America Riviera so he was able to lock in at a 3.5% interest rate. The rates went up to 4.7% that afternoon. Also, Matt, being a first time buyer, had many questions during his escrow. Denise was with him every step of the way no matter how big or small his questions were.  We truly appreciate all Denise did for our family as she represented us as both sellers and buyers. Because of this, I know each of our family members would choose Denise all over again as our realtor.
